Privacy Policy

Nadrel Technologies is a software company based in Amritsar, Punjab, India (Akash Avenue, Fatehgarh Churian Road, Amritsar, Punjab, India, Pin-143001). For any question about this policy or your information, write to contact@nadrel.com.

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site, plus a small amount of technical data to keep the site safe.

Contact form

• Your name, email address, company (optional) and message.

Internship application

• Full name, mobile number, email address and city.
• Highest qualification, degree and branch, college, university, degree status and dates, and marks (optional).
• Work experience (if any), skills, links you choose to share (such as GitHub or LinkedIn).
• Your answers about why you want to join, your preferred duration, start date, and whether you can work on-site.
• Your resume (PDF, DOC or DOCX) and anything you add under “Anything else”.

Technical data

• Your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider records in ordinary server logs, and which we use to limit repeated or automated submissions.
• A single first-party cookie (nadrel_dev), set only when you start using one of our forms (the contact form or the internship application). It is a random identifier that lasts up to 30 days and is used only to limit repeated submissions from one device.
• A security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) on our forms, which looks at browser signals to tell people from bots. It loads only when you start using a form.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. If that changes, we will update this page first.

• To reply to your message or enquiry.
• To consider your internship application and to contact you about it.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse and repeated submissions.
• To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

We rely on your consent. By sending a form (and, on the internship form, by ticking the consent box) you agree to us using your information for these purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 7).

We do not sell your information. We use a few service providers to run the site and receive your submissions. They handle data only to provide their service to us, and some of them operate servers outside India.

• Vercel: hosts the website and records server logs.
• Cloudflare: manages our domain and email forwarding, and provides the Turnstile security check.
• Brevo: sends contact messages, and internship applications with the resume attached, to our mailboxes.
• Google (Gmail): hosts the mailbox where messages and applications are received.
• Upstash: stores one-way scrambled codes (hashes) of your IP address, device identifier, mobile number and email address, with expiry times of up to 30 days, only to count repeat submissions. It does not hold your name, resume or answers.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

• Internship applications and resumes: up to 12 months after we finish considering the application, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Contact-form messages: up to 12 months after we last correspond with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Anti-abuse codes described above expire automatically within 30 days. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for the period it sets.

The site uses HTTPS, our email is authenticated, and access to the mailboxes that receive your information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information; or
• withdraw your consent to our using it.

Email contact@nadrel.com from the address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may raise a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority under Indian law.

This site and the internship application are intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please do not submit a form. Write to us instead and we will help.

Our pages link to other websites, such as our product sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
